RUTA DE LOS SALARES

RUTA DE LOS SALARES

We will start our tour in the morning ☀️, taking advantage of the best hours of daylight to explore some of the most impressive landscapes of the Atacama Desert and delve into the majesty of the Altiplano .

🌋 Our first stop will be at the Licancabur Volcano Lookout , one of the region's most iconic volcanoes. From this vantage point, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Andean surroundings, with the volcano taking center stage.

🦩 Next, we'll visit Kepiaco Lagoon , a tranquil natural refuge where flamingos and altiplano birds nest. Its serene atmosphere and simple beauty make it a perfect place to connect with nature.

The trail continues deep into the Altiplano, a highland region dominated by endless landscapes, volcanoes, and intense skies. There, we'll meet the Pacana Monks , enormous stone columns sculpted by the wind that stand as ancestral guardians of the desert.

🪨 We'll continue to the enigmatic Salar de Aguas Calientes , a salt flat sunk beneath a high-altitude lagoon, surrounded by mountains and volcanoes. Its colors and textures create a visually stunning and unique setting.

📸 To top it all off, we'll visit the Quisquiro Salt Flats , a natural spectacle where salt, rock, and the colors of the high plateau merge. A perfect place for unforgettable photographs and quiet contemplation.
